Absolutely terrible service, worst I've ever seen. Few years ago I was quoted about $700 repair without even looking at the car, simply by my fault description. Later I found the part I was told needs replacing doesn't even exist in my model.
Yesterday I tried to buy dashboard bulbs with green plastic caps that got completely stuck to the burnt bulb. I was told the caps aren't available and, if I want, I can go look for the green bulbs elsewhere. When I asked to show me how to remove the old cap (that's what Toyota tech would do, they said), all I got is a strange look. No help whatsoever.
